Important notes:
CycleBeauty does not send your menstrual data or personal logs to any third party.
These third-party SDKs may independently collect anonymous, non-personal technical data, such as device model, app version, crash logs, or install events.
No data from your period tracking is ever accessible to these platforms.
The data they collect is governed by their own privacy policies. You may review the corresponding provider’s public policies.

Data Retention Policy
We retain nothing.
CycleBeauty stores all cycle and period information locally on your device.
We do not store any of it externally, so there is:
No retention period
No backup on our servers
No data available to CycleBeauty after deletion or uninstalling
Any data retained by third-party analytic platforms consists only of anonymous technical information, never your personal menstrual data.
Legal Basis for Processing Data
Under GDPR and similar laws, the App must disclose its legal basis for data processing.
CycleBeauty does not process personal data.
If third-party software collects anonymous technical metrics, their legal basis may include:

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Please read this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) before using CycleBeauty.
By downloading or using CycleBeauty, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CycleBeauty for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Modify or create derivative works
Copy or distribute the App
Use the App for unlawful or harmful activities
Interfere with the App’s operation
Attempt to bypass any security measures
Ownership
CycleBeauty and all related intellectual property belong exclusively to the developer.
You receive a license to use the App, not ownership.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CycleBeauty is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, including:

Accuracy
Compatibility
Reliability
Error-free operation
You use the App at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Device malfunction

Indirect or consequential damages
Termination
We may terminate this Agreement if you violate its terms.
You may terminate by uninstalling the App.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Entire Agreement
This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy, forms the complete agreement between you and CycleBeauty.
